He is survived by: his children, Derrick Rush and Tre Murry; his siblings, Tempie Lee, Willie M. Hill, Linda Lee, Nina Lee, Sonya Lee, John E. Lee and Fred Lee; and his aunt Mable Glover of High Point, NC.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
