He is survived by: his mother Marie Beck Ray of High Point; his sons, William Lynk Ray of Greensboro, Holden Beck Ray of Raleigh and Chandler Akin White of Greensboro; his siblings, William Mark Ray of High Point and Leigh Ray Wetherington (John) of High Point; and his siblings' children, Brad, David, Anna Wetherington and Carson Ray.
