He is survived by: his children, Charles IV, Julie (Jeff Smead), Tommy and Elijah Birch; his siblings, Laurie MacIsaac, Kevin (Shirley) and Janet Amadea; and his parents-in-law, John and Katie Heidingsfelder. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins.
