He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaines Fitzhugh and Lettie Bell Thompson Liner; his wife Nancy Walker Liner; his daughter Deborah Pressley; and his siblings, Virginia Cates and Gordon Liner.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Cook (Thomas) and Craig Liner (Gwyn); his son-in-law Tony Pressley; his grandchildren, Stephanie Pressley, Hilari Liner, Emmalee Eide (Todd) and Patrick Cook (Roxanne); his great grandchildren, Averi and Corvin Eide; and his siblings, Margaret Clark, Hugh Liner (MaryEmily), Lois Pantazis, Jimmy Liner (Doris), Helen Joseph, Gaines Liner (Sherry) and David Liner (Marilyn).
