With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Gimmel (High Point, North Carolina), born in Ravenna, Ohio, who passed away on November 16, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arnold Fredrick Gimmel and Genevieve Elizabeth Cochran; his wife Rosemary (Rosemary Gilliam) of Spartanburg, SC; his children, Herbie Gimmel of Winston Salem and Sarah Gimmel Cable; his grandchildren, Clay, Katie of High Point and Chip Wood (Mari); his great grandchildren, Jackson, Davis of Charlotte and Angie Patterson (Bobby); his siblings, Jerry Gimmel of Palm Harbor, Shirley Gimmel Roth of Rootstown, Dave Gimmel (Michelle) of Mogadore, Barbara Gimmel of Palm Harbor, Florida. and Carol Aristide; his former wife Debra Johnson Gimmel; and also, Sophie and Haley of Raleigh.
