She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Erskine Young and Eula Johnson Young; her sister Eartha Carleen Young; her parents-in-law, Odell and Odessa McCallum; her son Kenneth Reaves; and her close friend Apostle Addie Collins.
She is survived by: her husband Hector Lee McCollum; her children, Edward "Junebug" Torrence, Jr., Keith Torrence, Carl Torrence (Penny), Kent Tart (Glenda), Terry Reaves (Mavis), Matthew Covington (Tammy), Frankie Baker, Cassandra Gillespie (Douglas Jr.), Sharon Leach (Ronald), Cheryl McCoy (Brent) and Shields (Robert); her siblings, Celeste Young (Robert), Deborah Clinard (Roger), Lorrie Williams, Katherine "Chi" Young, Renea Young and Charles Jenkins (Connie); her siblings-in-law, Odell McCallum Jr., Louvenia Graham and Ossie Clemons; and her close friends, Rev. Joann Stanback, Rev. Betty Adams, Rosa Lee Brown and Marie Fleming. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
