McDowell, Jr., Yolanda McDowell and Stephanie Miles; his grandchildren, Nicholas Covington, Candice Covington, Brea Miles, Essence Miles, Zoie McDowell-Gilmore and Ayden McDowell; his great grandchild Tazmin Miles-McAdoo; and his sister Annie Francilla Guinn of Kings Mountain, NC. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
