He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Witcher and Ruth Garrett Witcher; and his sisters, Carol Witcher and Wanda Harrison. He is survived by: his wife Billie Witcher; his children, Debbie Chriscoe (Carlton), Tim Witcher and Mike Witcher; his grandchildren, Rebecca Thomas (Kyle) and Caleb Chriscoe (Theresa); his great grandchildren, Colt, Noah, Josie, Luke, Madelyn and Melissa; and his siblings, Brenda Morton, Randall Witcher (Gail) and Bobby Witcher (Wilma).
