She is survived by: her children, Don Childress (Wanda), Travis Childress (Sherri) and Wendy Childress; her siblings, David Roberts (Carolyn), Reta Reynolds, Brenda Dildine and Janie Bryant (Phillip); her grandchildren, Jackie Crosby (LaPaul), Ellis Jacobs II (Siobhan), Missy Childress, Julie Childress, Shelby Thigpen and Dakota Childress; and her great grandchildren, Joshua Childress, Brandon Harris Jr., Vyshonne Harris, Asa Green, Skye Smith, Kabriel Harris, Neveah Cobb, Serena Crosby, Brandon Cobb Jr., Tevin Crosby, Ellis Jacobs Jr. and Emmett Jacobs.
