It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Morgan of High Point, North Carolina, who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Alvin Sloop and Loudema Daniel Sloop; her husband Roger William Morgan; and her son Roger William Morgan, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Dolly Joanna Morgan Millis of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Marsha Morgan Mayer (Michael E. Kelly) of Greensboro; her grandchildren, Henry Albion Millis, IV (Natasya Lynn Millis) and Morgan Mayer Wise (Zachary Lee Wise); and her great grandchildren, Eli Morris Hayden, Noa Alexander Millis, Jasper Albion Millis and Bodhi Lynden Millis.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 1401 Heathcliff Road, High Point, 27262.
