Dorothy Welch Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Welch of High Point, North Carolina, who passed away on June 22, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Maskey Orline and Mary Kanoy Hines; her husband Howard Nealison Welch; and her brothers, Arnold Hines and Reitzel Hines.

She is survived by: her children, Janice Dawn Swartzbaugh (John) of Lexington and Michael Nealison Welch (Angie) of High Point; her grandchildren, Kristina Bracken (Thomas), Chad Liptrap (Jessica), Sara Liptrap, Mason Anthony (Antoine), Zachary Welch, Shelby Welch and Landis Welch; her brothers, Ray Hines (Louise) of High Point and Wade Hines (Sylvia) of High Point; and her sister-in-law Margie Hines of Archdale. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
