It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Simpson (High Point, North Carolina), born in Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on September 2, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Warren G. Simpson; and her children, Teresa Simpson and Stephen Simpson. She is survived by: her children, Brenda S. Jackson of Cary, NC, Wanda Simpson-Collings of Arlington, TN, Warren H. Simpson of Greenwood, MS and Ira O. Simpson of Nashville, TN; and her grandchildren, Danielle Jackson, Warren Simpson, Jr., Jillian Simpson and Stephanie Simpson. She is also survived by nieces, nephew, cousins, in-laws, other relatives and friends.
