She was predeceased by: her parents, McKinley Sr. Hill and Annie Carter Hill. She is survived by: her daughters, Carmen Withers of High Point, NC and Janice Dixon (Timothy) of New Bern, NC; her stepdaughter Claudene Rice of Greensboro, NC; and her adoptive daughter Rev. Donna Butler. She is also survived by three grandchildren; step grandchildren; an adopted granddaughter; nine great-grandchildren; three sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law; and a host of great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
