He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Pearson and Nealie Pearson; his daughter Julia Jackson; and his grandson Antonio Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Pearson; his children, Carl Jackson (Lawanda), Warren Watkins and Derrick Pearson; his siblings, Lula Belle Bristow, Magaline Pearson, Martha Pearson (Luis), Mary P. Smith (Doug), Joyce Pearson, Earl Pearson (Peggy), David Pearson and Theodore Pearson; and his mother-in-law Mae Julia Jackson.
