He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Frank and Gertrude Dillon Frank; his wife Mary Helen Molnar Frank; and his brothers, Johnny and James Frank.
He is survived by: his children, Yolanda Kish (Bill), Tracey Frank, Kim Simmons (Ken), Freddie Frank (Donnet), James Frank (Melonie) and Billy Frank (Karen); and his great great grandchildren, Derrick Miller, Keith Miller, Bo Harris and Steve Frank. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren.
