He was predeceased by: his parents, Eng-Siek Wang and Sim-Chu Wu; and his grandson Nicholas Finlay. He is survived by: his children, Frederick Wang (Amy) of Thomasville and Teresa Finlay (Matthew) of New Jersey; his sister Sharon Kao (Jason) of Taiwan; his grandchildren, Patrick Wang (Lilli), Jeremy Wang (Darby), Max Wang (Jessie), Samantha Wang, Walker Finlay, Oliver Finlay and Christian Finlay; and his great grandchildren, Autumn Wang, Scalett Wang, Cooper Wang, Adelaide Wang and Jordy Wang.
