He is survived by: his wife Gayle Beal; his children, Jode Church of Durham and Jay Beal (Amanda) of Thomasville; his sister Barbara Bullin (Larry) of High Point; his grandchildren, Winston Church, Casey Jane Church, Rebecca Beal and Carley Beal; and his mother-in-law Freda Kirk of High Point.
