He is survived by: his children, Gurney Lee "Sparky" Stroud (Michelle), Larry C. Stroud (Robin) and Dawn Stroud Bryant (Steve); his grandchildren, Travis Stroud (Stefanie), Katie Bryant, Kelly Bryant Smith (Jon), Brittany Jones (Chris) and McClarghty Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Logan Stroud, Jake Stroud, Maddie Smith, Ana Smith, Cameron Smith and Hayden Smith.
