He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Lisenby Whitlock and Otis Whitlock Sr. Guy; and his close friend Sharlene Clarke. He is survived by: his brother Odell Whitlock; his sons, Guy Whitlock Jr. (Carla) of Orlando, FL and Brandon Michael Whitlock of High Point, NC; the mother of his child Beverly Parker; and his grandchildren, Raheem, Monte, Makiya, Emantie and Sekoyia. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
