It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Hedge of High Point, North Carolina, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 16, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Kapitan and Helen Ostovic; and her sister Mary Kowalsky. She is survived by: her spouse Jones Hedge; her children, Jennifer Ridge (Brandon) of Thomasville, Mary Alice Williford of Memphis, TN, Gary Hedge of High Point and Robert Hedge (Stephanie) of Winston Salem; her grandchildren, Katie Hedge, Adelaide Terwilliger, Peyton, Jake Ridge, Rachel Macciaeverna and Michael Ray; and her great grandchild Lena Ray.
