She was predeceased by: her parents, John Toe and Sarah Toe; and her brother David G. Toe. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Kuoh, Alice Kuoh, William Golegio and Phillip Toe; and her sister Martha Diabe. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and beloved friends.
