He is survived by: his father Paul Shell, Jr. (Julie) of Welcome; his daughter Ashley St. John; his siblings, Stephanie St. John Clark (Charlie) of Thomasville, Ray St. John, Brian and Richard (Andrew Shell); his girlfriend Brittany Marie Housend; his adoptive mother Brenda Nifong of Lexington; and his grandmothers, Jo Ann St. John and Frances Shell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
