He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wade, Peggy Clark and Bill Woodruff; and his uncle Michael Clark. He is survived by: his parents, Edwin Clark and Melody Evans Clark; his siblings, Travis Holdren (LeAnne) and Kristina Clark; his grandmother Doris Woodruff; and his nieces, Harmony, Sawyer and Tatum.
