She was predeceased by: her parents, Miller Spikes and Emma Sanders Spikes; her husband Willie Lee Roberts; her siblings, William, Hardell Spikes, Helen Thompson, Juanita Mingo and Lucy Mason; her son Tommy Petty; and her great grandchild Darius T. Turner.
She is survived by: her children, James A. Roberts (Hazel) of High Point, Willie L. Roberts (Louanna) of Durham, Shelia Barthell of High Point, Donise Roberts of High Point and Joyce Watkins (Leroy) of High Point; and her siblings-in-law, Abdul Shakir, Lillian Newton and Mattie P. Spikes. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
