He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bryson and Rosalie Terrell Bryson; his daughter Angela Holt; his grandson Christopher Bryson; and his siblings, Jimmy Bryson and Georgia Bryson Rhodes.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria "Dean" Bryson of Trinity; his daughters, Robin Trotter of Trinity, Sharon Bryson of Greensboro and Jerri Bryson Osborne of Whitsett; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Renee Holt, Randy Kilgore and Stephen "Travis" Trotter; his great grandchildren, Karma Kilgore and Violet Trotter; and his sisters, Marie Metters of High Point, Jean Ellis (Jerald) of Archdale, Kaye House (Burt) of High Point, Elaine Jones (David) of Summerfield and Jan Hinkle (Robin) of Archdale. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
