He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Christian and Minnie Dumas Christian; his daughter Argie Caldwell; and his siblings, Richard, Roosevelt, Martha, Mildred Christian, Minnie Carey, Rose Ann Robinson and Carrie Newborn.
He is survived by: his wife Argie Christian; his children, Arthur Little of High Point, NC, Walter Little (Sherrilyn) of Thomasville, NC, Diane Eleby (Lee), Jeanette Reid of High Point, NC and Brenda Humphrey (Thomas) of Greensboro, NC; his siblings, Charles Christian and Josephine Robinson of New Jersey; and his daughter Mary Warren (Willie) of High Point, NC. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
