He is survived by: his close friend Doris Albright of High Point; his children, John Albright (Terri) of High Point and Carol Lookabill (Larry) of High Point; his siblings, George Hazelwood (Linda) of Trinity, Douglas Hazelwood of California, Judy Whitaker of High Point, Brenda Treadaway of Trinity, Virginia Eaton of Archdale, Ruby Beck of Colorado, Bobbi Hyle of Pennsylvania and Ellen Connors of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Zack and April; and his great grandchildren, Sylar and Lucian.
