With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Ramsey Jr. of High Point, North Carolina, born in Martinsville, Virginia, who passed away on February 10, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Ellyson Ramsey Sr. and Louise Turner Ramsey; his wife Peggy Joyce Woodard of High Point; his children, Paul E. Ramsey (Tina) of Lewisville and Elizabeth Anne "Liz" Zadeits (Bill) of Cary; his brother Rev. Douglas T. Ramsey of Martinsville, VA; his grandchildren, Courtney Smith (Morgan) of High Point, Chad Ramsey of Lewisville, Rachel, Abby and Macy Zadeits of Cary; and his great grandchild Ellyson Smith.
