She is survived by: her son David Thomas Frazier (Kathy); her grandson James Michael Frazier Jr.; her great grandchildren, James "Michael" Frazier III (Kelly) of Colorado and Harley Nicole Frazier; and her great great grandchildren, Lily and Henry Frazier.
