She was predeceased by: her father Manuel Fernandes; and her brother Manny Fernandes. She is survived by: her mother Edith Daniels; her children, Tamika Montanez and David Gaymon (Denise); her grandchildren, Symmantha, Jordan, Eliezer (Papi) and Chance; her great grandchild Khyree; and her siblings, Andre Ware, Craig Oliver, Ilana Hentz and Nicole Green. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
