He was predeceased by: his parents, William Holder and Margaret Holder. He is survived by: his wife Tonita Hinds Holder of High Point; and his stepdaughters, Cheri Sharon (Michael) of Greensboro, Michelle Tickle (Michael) of Norfolk and Virginia.
