He is survived by: his mother Peggy Murphy; his daughter Brandi Blanchard of High Point; his siblings, Leo Paul Blanchard, Jr. (Tammy) of Thomasville, Ronnie Blanchard of High Point and Helen Perez of High Point; and his granddaughter Caitlin Bolduc.
