He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart Parker Ferree and Emma Callicutt Ferree; his siblings, Jack Ferree, Jay Ferree and Zethel Yarborough; and his close friend Lilly.
He is survived by: his spouse Gaynelle Wright Ferree; his children, Kim Ferree Jarrell and Joey Ferree (Holly); and his grandchildren, Jessica Jarrell, Jordan Jarrell and Ansley Ferree. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
