It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Stanger (High Point, North Carolina), born in Cranford, New Jersey, who passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold Ira and Ann Hanchett Haskins; her former husband William Burton Rawleigh; her children, Bill Rawleigh of Julian, Ann Rawleigh of High Point and Sally Rawleigh of High Point; her granddaughters, Kate Shaver (Jordan) of Indian Trail, Carrie Swartzbaugh (Ted) of Sugar Grove, Dorothy Rawleigh of Greensboro, Sarah Rawleigh of Greensboro and Maggie Tate (Gabe Jones) of Boone; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Holden, Toliver Shaver, Sol and Zephyr Swartzbaugh; her siblings, Happy and Sally; and her spouse Rhys Lloyd Stanger. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
