It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Marie Whitaker Hazelwood (High Point, North Carolina), who passed away on January 30, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Artis Whitaker and Maggie Gilley Whitaker; and her siblings, Jimmy Whitaker of High Point, Anne Young of Georgia, Cassie Redwine of Georgia, Connie Whitaker of High Point and Margie Faye Whitaker of Mt Airy.
She is survived by: her husband George; her son Tommy (Angela) of Trinity; her grandchildren, Chase (Kasey) of Seagrove, Tyler (Jennifer) of Trinity and Avery (Kellye) of Archdale; her great grandchildren, Delilah, Madelyn, Mia, Maddox and Benjamin; and her sister Carol Wagner of Sophia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving family members.
