It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorene Ward (High Point, North Carolina), who passed away on January 15, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Carrick and Pearl Teague Kivett; her husband Charles Joseph Ward; her son Charles Richard "Ricky" Ward; her son-in-law Kenneth C. Hardee; and her sister Peggy Martin Hooper.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Ward Hardee of Fuquay-Varina; her daughter-in-law Tamara Kemp Ward; and her grandson Joseph Thomas Ward of High Point.
