She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Wells and Ola Wells; and her brother Charles Wells (Beam). She is survived by: her husband John Haworth, Sr.; her children, John Haworth, Jr. (Will Barrus), Dr. Charles Haworth (Christel) and Catherine Matthews (Steven); and her grandsons, Nathaniel Matthews, Nicholas Matthews, Connor Haworth, Christian Haworth and Curran Haworth.
