He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Rufus Green and Lucile Jane Brewer Green; and his siblings, Peggy Hinkle, Larry Green, David Green and Mike Green.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel Katherine Green; his daughter Ginger Moore (Tim) of Trinity; his grandchildren, Natalie Flowers (Adam) and Spenser Moore (Keely); his great grandchild Madelyn Flowers; and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Cook (Bobby), Joyce Healy, Bill Thompson (Kibie) and Danny Thompson.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be sent to Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC 27262.
