It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Meryle Wilson of High Point, North Carolina, born in Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on June 11, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Allen Spencer Pope and Mary Myrtle Farrington Pope; her son Rick Wilson; and her grandson Kaleb Wilson. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Lavender of High Point and Buddy Wilson of High Point; her grandchildren, Ricky Wilson, Derrick Lavender (Kate), Drew Lavender and Tonya Hankins (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Jacob Wilson, DJ Lavender, Rylan Lavender, Parker, Hannah, Caleb, Lorali, Avielle, Joshua, Kaytie, Michael and Kelton Hankins; and her pet Roxie.
