She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Henry Cutkomp and Ruth King Cutkomp; her husband Douglas Felix Carty; and her sons, Stuart Waller Carty, Douglas Felix Carty Jr. and Tate Lamar Carty.
She is survived by: her former spouse Lt. Douglas F. Carty; her sons, Matthew King Carty (Karen) and Warren Austin Carty (Mausty); her daughters-in-law, Martha Carty, Becky Carty and Mary Symmes Carty Gwyn; her grandchildren, Austin Gray Carty (April), Elizabeth Claire Carty Jones (Andy), Matthew King Carty (Eva), Michaela Paige Carty and Christopher Jackson Carty; and her great grandchildren, Ada, Julianna, Witt, Bennett, Callan, Claire and Lana.
