We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2021, at the age of 84, Nelson Burkhard of High Point, North Carolina, born in Rochester, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Burkhardt and Cecilia Burkhardt. He is survived by: his wife Judy Perry Burkhard; his daughter Tammy; his grandchildren, Jake, Taylor of Lewisville, NC, Rob and Mary Kay Denton of Webster, NY; and also, Bill, Mattie, David, Marc Umscheid and Jill Denning.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that a donation be made to the Humane Society of the Piedmont, 4527 West Wendover Ave., Greensboro, NC 27409.
