She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar William and Nettie Sykes Tysinger; her husband Donald Eugene Wood; her children, Teresa Griffin and Sidney Wood; and her siblings, Carrie Coble, Georgia Meindl, Oscar William Tysinger Jr., Wade Sykes and Phillip Tysinger.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Cook (Scott) of Denton; her siblings, Louise Eads (Mike) of High Point, Floyd Tysinger (Faye) of Florida and Jesse Tysinger of Lexington; her grandchildren, Tiffany Lilly and Bryan McCoin; and her great grandchildren, Joseph Oakley, Tyler Law and Dakota Snowdy.
