She was predeceased by: her parents, Romey Self and Clara Ward Self Baggess; her husband Clayton Lee Proctor, Sr.; and her siblings, Texie Angel (Bill), Alvis (Linda) and Ann Emmer (Joe).
She is survived by: her children, Lee Proctor (Darlene) and Traci S. Proctor (David); her grandchildren, Joshua Proctor (Amber), Nathanael Proctor (Heather) and Reuben Proctor (Anna); her great grandchildren, Hadley Proctor and Lucas Proctor; and her brother Dan Self.
