He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Baxter and Nello Musselman; his former wife Barbara Musselman; his children, Thomas, Linda Taylor and Karen Stewart; and his grandson Nolan.
He is survived by: his wife Bessie; his nephew Shannon Self; his children, Jenny Dyson (Ryan), Susan Doss (Shawn), Michelle Rae and Paul Rush (Deserie); his sisters, Jan Self (Don) and Yvonne Bourne (Henry); and his aunt Elizabeth DeBord. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
