He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ann Tillotson Robinson of Wilmington; his wife Brenda Worthy Robinson; his children, Nathaniel Jerome Robinson (Megan Denton) of Kernersville, Amber Nicole King (Tony) of Walnut Cove and Rachel Maya Robinson of Charlotte; his sisters, Amanda Poole (Tim) of Archdale, Suzanne Lea Terhune (Bruce) of Alabama and Elizabeth Ann Caudill (Donnie) of Leland; his grandchildren, Hailey Church and Ariana King; his aunt Joyce Wall of Trinity; and his friend Charlie Carroll of High Point.
