She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Slate (Melissa), Steve Slate (Bettina) and Mike Slate (Michelle); her grandchildren, Jennifer Slate (John Whitehead), Cody Slate (Corinne), Chris Slate, Breanna Slate and Brock Slate; and her great grandchild Camille.
