She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Paul and Irene Nance Newby; and her brothers, Craig Paul Newby and Eric Charles Newby. She is survived by: her husband John; her daughters, Kristin Foster (Jennifer Shenberger) of St Louis, MO. and Kari Allison; her son-in-law Cory Allison of Winston Salem, NC; her stepchildren, Jodi Lamp of Chapel Hill, NC and Andrew Lamp of Swansboro, NC.; her nephew Brad Newby; and her granddaughters, Emma Allison, Camille Allison and Beatrice Ohletz.
