She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul McCoy Jones and Stella Burge Jones; and her husband Thomas James Prangley. She is survived by: her daughter Susan Elizabeth Prangley Kimel (Britt) of Asheboro; her granddaughter Meghan Elizabeth Kimel Joyner (Jason) of Wendell; and her great grandchild Emerson Kate Joyner.

Memorial contributions may be made to Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church or Hospice of Randolph County.
