He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard I. Quigley, Sr. and Marjorie Aylard Quigley. He is survived by: his wife Penny Pearson Quigley; and his children, Richard Quigley, III (Mary Lou), Sidney Quigley (Joan), George Quigley (Angela) and Robin Miller. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
