She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Staples and Ora Staples; her husband Lee Phillips; her daughter Chantilla Phillips; and her siblings, John, Joseph Carmack and Ann Shelton.
She is survived by: her children, Rosanne Davis (Jeffrey) of Greenville, NC and Lee Phillips, II (Dana) of Rio Verde, AZ; her grandsons, Quentin Phillips and Benjamin Davis (Nate); and her friends, Robert, Margaret McCluney, Henry and Josephine Williams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
